Aktivitas gerakan yang dilakukan harus efektif dan waktu proses setiap kegiatan harus dibuat standar agar waktu produksi dapat mudah diatur dan ditemukan sistem kerja terbaik atau efisien. Metode yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini yaitu metode <em>Motion and Time Study</em> yaitu metode yang berguna untuk mengevaluasi gerakan produksi batik cap dengan mengelompokkan dan menemukan efisiensi dari gerakan tersebut. Selain mengidentifikasi juga mencari waktu baku dari sebuah proses sehingga waktu dapat terstandarisasi. Hasil dari penelitian waktu siklus untuk pembuatan batik cap adalah 135,30 menit. Dengan rata-rata waktu proses paling lama adalah proses pengeringan/penjemuran batik dengan waktu rata-rata 121,25 menit.Waktu normal pembuatan batik cap dengan mempertimbangkan <em>rating factor</em> adalah 168,17 menit.Waktu baku/waktu standar pembuatan batik cap adalah 240,48 menit. Berdasarkan peta therblig tangan kanan dan kiri maka gerakan dominan dari tangan kanan adalah menggunakan dan memegang dengan waktu masing-masing adalah 184 detik dan 122 detik dalam satu kali produksi kain batik. Usulan perbaikan untuk aktivitas menggunakan adalah mendesain ulang dimensi alat cap sedangkan pada aktivitas memegang adalah mengatur tata letak tinta cap. Tangan kiri lebih sering digunakan untuk aktivitas memegang dan menganggur yaitu masing-masing selama 149 detik dan 139 detik. Usulan perbaikan pada aktivitas memegang yaitu disediakan tempat untuk menaruh dan menopang pewarna kain. The better condition of the cowshed, the greater cow’s health will improve. The QFD method aims to design cowshed based on user desires by translating them into attribute forms. The criteria desired by users for the design of cowshed include: a) There is waste disposal; b) Using brick walls; c) Using wooden poles; d) The pen does not smell; e) Using an asbestos roof; f) There is good ventilation/air circulation; g) Simple shape; h) Individual pen model; and i) There is urine and feces processing. Permasalahan pada perusahaan ini adalah sering kali mengalami cacat produk yang terjadi pada proses produksi. Berdasarkan data produksi dari Februari 2023 hingga Januari 2024 menunjukkan total produksi sebanyak 7.700 unit dengan 2.540 unit cacat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi penyebab kecacatan produk dan merencanakan rekomendasi perbaikan dengan menggunakan metode <em>Seven Tools</em>. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dengan menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Hasil analisis diagram pareto dan <em>fishbone</em> menunjukkan terdapat empat kriteria jenis cacat yang sering terjadi yaitu <em>sand inclusi</em> sebanyak 855 unit dengan persentase cacat (34%), <em>cold shut</em> sebanyak 760 unit dengan persentase cacat (30%), <em>gas hole</em> sebanyak 668 unit dengan persentase cacat (26%), dan <em>bad mould</em> sebanyak 257 unit dengan persentase cacat (10%). Adanya cacat produk ini dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor seperti manusia, mesin, <em>material</em>, dan metode. Solusi perbaikan untuk mengurangi cacat adalah dengan meningkatkan optimalisasi pengawasan saat proses produksi, memperketat penerapan standar operasional prosedur, dan melakukan pemeliharaan mesin secara berkala. Implementasi <em>Seven Tools </em>terbukti efektif dalam mengidentifikasi penyebab utama kecacatan produk. As an initiative, it has failed to support all workers. This study assesses productivity recovery risks and associated future costs following occupational accidents, employing risk management methods and scenario analyses to aid decision-making in Indonesia. Focusing on formal workers in Surabaya, this research examines the balance between government benefits and expected productivity rebound upon return. Six risk types are identified and analysed, while the most prevalent risks involve workers still undergoing treatment with uncertain outcomes. As existing coverage schemes risk negative cash flow and deficits, this study also calculates the budget needed for zero-accident targets and maximum compensation to balance government obligations and workers' remuneration. The research highlights the significance of growth strategies and debt structure management in enhancing firm performance amid global competition. A quantitative approach is employed using multiple linear regression and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) on a sample of 30 purposively selected companies over five years. The results show that export sales do not significantly influence financial performance, whereas firm age and revenue growth have a significant positive effect. Collectively, the independent variables significantly influence financial performance. Debt maturity moderates the relationship by strengthening the effect of revenue growth and weakening the effect of firm age, while it does not moderate the impact of export sales. These findings offer theoretical contributions to financial management literature and practical insights for corporate decision-makers in managing long-term debt and designing effective growth strategies. Penelitian menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif dengan &nbsp;yang mencakup identifikasi node (titik lokasi), jarak antar node, dan kapasitas kendaraan. Metode algoritma Nearest Neighbour digunakan dalam penyelesaian masalah VRP dan diimplementasikan melalui aplikasi yang dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Delphi. </em><em>Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan sebuah aplikasi untuk memudahkan pemahaman dan pembelajaran mengenai penyelesaian VRP. The study aims to develop and evaluate "Story Adventure of Cakra: Javanese Language," an educational game designed to optimize Javanese language learning for elementary school students aged 7-12 years. The research employed a qualitative methodology involving interviews with students and teachers, participatory observation, and the Game Development Life Cycle (GDLC) framework using Construct 3 engine. The game integrates adventure gameplay mechanics with comprehensive Javanese language instruction, featuring interactive storytelling, script learning modules, cultural elements including unggah-ungguh etiquette and wayang stories, and assessment quizzes. The implementation encompasses four main components: an intuitive user interface with traditional Javanese aesthetics, educational content covering aksara angka, aksara swara, aksara sandangan, and aksara Jawa, engaging adventure gameplay where players control character Cakra to collect script items while avoiding monsters, and comprehensive evaluation systems. Blackbox testing demonstrated 100% functionality validation across all game components, confirming technical reliability and educational effectiveness. The findings reveal that gamification strategies successfully transform traditional language instruction into engaging interactive experiences, bridging conventional teaching methods with contemporary digital learning preferences. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kausalitas yang bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh dari variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Dengan struktur data gabungan data cross section dan data time series. Maka, model regresi yang digunakan adalah regresi data panel. Despite producing over 315 million kilograms of eggs in 2023, the regional egg supply chain faces significant challenges, including feed price volatility, poultry mortality, inadequate infrastructure, and fragmented policy coordination. These issues contribute to supply instability and price fluctuations, which in turn affect both producers and consumers. This study employs a system dynamics approach to develop a comprehensive model of the egg supply chain resilience in Banten Province, utilizing stakeholders’ perspectives through semi-structured interviews and focus group discussions, as well as mental models derived from comprehensive literature reviews. The constructed model reveals and elucidates critical feedback mechanisms within the egg supply chain, including the hen health investment loop, price-mediated mechanisms loop, and cost-induced constraints loop. The findings highlight the critical importance of policy interventions, particularly in the areas of subsidies, infrastructure development, access to financing, and poultry health initiatives to enhance the resilience of the egg supply chain in Banten. CV. XYZ has problems related to production delays caused by lack of raw material inventory. This study aims to ensure the right ordering schedule and minimize ordering costs at CV. XYZ by using the MRP method and lot sizing techniques, where the lot sizing techniques used are Least Unit Cost (LUC) and Least Total Cost (LTC). Based on the results of MRP calculations using the Least Unit Cost lot sizing technique, the total cost is Rp2,235,127 while the MRP method with Least Total Cost is Rp. 1,936,651. Thus, the MRP method with Least Total Cost has a smaller total cost than Least Unit Cost, so this is an effective solution in planning the inventory of animal feed raw materials at CV. This study aims to examine the influence of clothing material type on purchase interest among consumers aged 18–22 years. A quantitative research approach was applied, using data collected from 50 respondents via a structured questionnaire on a 5-point Likert scale. Statistical analyses were performed using SPSS, including the Kolmogorov–Smirnov test for normality, a linearity test, Pearson correlation analysis, and simple linear regression. The results show that the data met the normality assumption (p = 0.859) and revealed a strong positive correlation between clothing material type and purchase interest (r = 0.810, p &lt; 0.001). The regression model was found to be significant (F = 91.728, p &lt; 0.001) with the equation Y=1.932+0.859XY = 1.932 + 0.859XY=1.932+0.859X and an R2R^2R2 value of 0.656, indicating that 65.6% of the variance in purchase interest can be explained by the clothing material type. The findings highlight the critical role of material selection in influencing consumer behavior. The research problem centers on the prevalent use of harmful materials like BPA and lead in existing products, which poses health risks to users. Our methodology combines Quality Function Deployment (QFD) and the Theory of Inventive Problem Solving (TRIZ) to tackle this issue. QFD was used to transform detailed customer needs, identified through a Voice of Customer (VOC) survey, into specific technical specifications. The resulting House of Quality (HoQ) revealed two primary contradictions: one between ensuring food-grade material safety and offering a product warranty, and another between using high-quality, safe materials and maintaining an affordable price. To resolve these conflicts, TRIZ principles, specifically Cheap Short-Living Objects and Composite Materials, were applied. This approach led to a product design that is not only robust and practical, with features such as high-density seals and segregated compartments, but also scientifically sound in its use of safe materials. Perum Pegadaian Syariah, as one of the state-owned enterprises, is faced with the challenge of competing and improving efficiency in the growing Islamic financial industry. This study aims to measure the operational efficiency of Islamic Pawnshops in East Java Province using the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) method. This study identifies the relative efficiency of each Pawnshop unit from several branches of Pegadaian Syariah, including Joko Tole, Babakan, Sidokare, Mayjend Sungkono, and Blauran. The results showed that four branches were efficient with a relative efficiency value of 1, while Sidokare branch showed inefficiency with a value of 0.908. Improvement recommendations for Sidokare branch include reducing service time, operating costs, and increasing the number of customers and collateral. Dashboard UI ini memungkinkan pengguna untuk dengan mudah mengakses dan menganalisis data terkait kinerja Dosen, mahasiswa, materi kuliah, Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat, Studi, serta umpan balik. Melalui evaluasi mockup dan pengujian prototipe, UI yang dihasilkan dapat memberikan gambaran holistik dan mendalam tentang persiapan dan proses pembelajaran. memastikan kepatuhan terhadap standar kualitas pendidikan tinggi, serta hasilnya sejalan dengan prinsip-prinsip Sistem Penjaminan Mutu Internal (SPMI), salah satunya memprioritaskan peningkatan kualitas pendidikan dan hasil secara berkelanjutan. Dashboard UI berfungsi sebagai tools yang berguna bagi pemangku kepentingan untuk membuat keputusan yang tepat, serta mengidentifikasi area yang harus diperbaiki. Tantangan implementasi dan keterbatasan dari desain ini telah teridentifikasi, dengan rekomendasi yang diusulkan. Rekomendasi untuk pengembangan lebih lanjut termasuk pembaruan desain, peningkatan fungsionalitas, dan integrasi dengan sistem lain. This study applies the Total Quality Control (TQC) approach to identify factors causing product defects. Methods include p-control charts to monitor quality variations statistically and fishbone diagrams to analyze root causes. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and company documents. The analysis revealed seven data points exceeding the upper control limit (UCL) and 11 below the lower control limit (LCL). Human errors, inadequate training, and machine-related issues were identified as the primary causes of defects. Environmental factors, such as inconsistent humidity levels, were also found to affect product quality. The findings provide actionable insights for PT XYZ to implement Kaizen-based improvements, focusing on minimizing defects, enhancing production quality, and maintaining product consistency.
